Need Hikvision support UK ?
We provide free lifetime support for all goods purchased from us and if you didn’t buy from us, you can buy support as follows-
1) Ensure your DVR/NVR is connected to your router with a cable & not via a Home plug or going through other repeaters.
2) You will need the password ( not the unlock pattern) for your DVR/NVR and a monitor connected to the DVR/NVR.
3) Download the Hik Connect App on your mobile phone if not already downloaded and registered.
4) Download a free remote control PC software called Teamviewer & another software called Hikvision SADP tools. You will need to install it on to an MS Windows-based PC ( not MAC or tablets).
5) Purchase Hik-connect support ticket.
6) Once a support ticket has been purchased, we will email you these instructions and please call us when you ready.
We will need your Teamviewer ID & password which is displayed under the heading of “allow remote control” in the TeamViewer program.
Please be aware that we can only provide remote PC support during these times – 9:30 to 12:30 & 14:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday
