Password rest for your Hikvision DVR/NVR?
We provide free lifetime support for all goods purchased from us and if you didn’t buy from us, you can buy support as follows-
1) Ensure your DVR/NVR is connected to your router.
3) Purchase this support ticket.
4) Once a support ticket has been purchased, we will email you these instructions and please call us when you ready.
We will need your Teamviewer ID & password which is displayed under the heading of “allow remote control” in the TeamViewer program.
For NVRs, you may need to rest the IP cameras password. There is a reset button on the camera. If your cameras no not have a reset button, there will be an additional charge of £5 exc. VAT per camera.
You can also bring the units into us for resetting.
Please be aware that we can only provide remote PC support during these times – 9:30 to 12:30 & 14:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday
